NJFSI is a three-year (2024–2026) cross-sector, collaborative, community-centered effort to increase food security and improve nutrition to advance health equity in New Jersey. It is led by the Food Research & Action Center (FRAC), with funding from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF).

The Center for Nutrition & Health Impact (formerly the Gretchen Swanson Center for Nutrition) is an independent nonprofit research organization providing research, evaluation, and partnership in nutrition-related programs including childhood obesity prevention, food insecurity, and local food systems.
