Project Summary: City Green’s project aims to unify and expand Good Food Bucks (GFB) nutrition incentive programs at Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) authorized farmers markets and grocery stores in order to reach more New Jersey SNAP participants, increase the purchase and consumption of fruits and vegetables by SNAP participants, and increase producer-to-consumer market opportunities for GFB retailers.

Focus Area: Atlantic City Township
Project Summary: The goal of the C.R.O.P.S. Atlantic City Food Security Now project is to increase awareness of residents' desires and needs in the area of food access in Atlantic City, create a cross-sector partnership between government, for-profit businesses and nonprofit organizations grappling with decreasing food insecurity in the second worst food desert in New Jersey, increase residents' purchasing power of healthy food and support a more sustainable food system in Atlantic City.

Project Summary: The Passaic County Food Security Collaborative’s project is a cross-sector initiative to streamline benefits enrollment and maximize place-based best practices to increase food security and achieve collective impact countywide.

Focus Area: Morris County
Project Summary: Nourish.NJ aims to address food insecurity among people of color and low-income residents of Morris County New Jersey by improving access to SNAP and WIC benefits.
RWJBarnabas Health
Focus Area: State of New Jersey
Project Summary: RWJBH aims to increase food security and reduce hunger by increasing access to food, a healthful diet, and nutrition education for low-income New Jersey residents. This project represents the first statewide effort to embed SNAP Navigators directly into the healthcare setting.
